Guatemala Esquipulas
San Francisco roaster Andytown has worked with Finca Las Marias since 2020, supporting the ongoing work of owner Maria del los Angeles Solis Paiz and her husband, farm manager Erick Toledo, in the Chiquimula Department of Guatemala. This lot was perfect for the roaster's ideal decaf profile: sweet and easy-going with dessert-like notes. We find it pairs well with almost anything!
